Several Reason That Caused Unsuccessful Teacher

Based on my experience, there are several reason that will lead to unsuccessful situation in teaching. These reasons below can be different for each person, but most of them are occurred generally in teaching. The reason are:

1. The Teacher does not mastered the material of teaching completely
2. The Teacher does not give a good pattern for students starting from themselves. This situation will be very automatically implemented in normative material of teaching
3. The Teacher does not try to learn from their former mistakes
4. The Teacher does not teach "full of their heart" or feel happy during teach
5. The Teacher does not  obey the rule of teaching like administrative preparation such as Lesson Plan
